  • Promoting best practice in the use of systems across the firm
About You

You will be energetic, approachable and confident communicating with people at all levels.

  • Previous experience delivering training, coaching or systems support within a professional environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive
  • Confidence presenting to groups and supporting individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • The ability to adapt training for different audiences and levels of technical confidence
  • A patient, practical and learner-focused approach
  • The confidence to work independently and manage competing priorities
Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following would be particularly advantageous:

  • Legal IT or law firm systems
  • Legal case management systems
  • Document management systems

  • Creating e-learning, instructional videos or digital training content
  • Working within a law firm or professional services organisation
Why Apply?

You will receive full support to develop your L&D expertise while becoming a key point of contact for systems training across the organisation.
