Job summary

CM Law Recruitment is seeking an IT Trainer for a US law firm with London operations. The role focuses on delivering end-user IT training across core systems, including document management, practice management, and Microsoft 365, while shaping the training function from the ground up.

You will design materials and induction content, provide floor support and one-to-one coaching, and collaborate with IT, L&D and change teams on rollouts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Trainer within a law firm or wider professional services environment.
• Strong working knowledge of legal technology, including document management systems, practice management systems and Microsoft Office
• A confident, engaging training style with the ability to adapt to different learning needs
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Delivering end-user IT training across the firm's core systems, including document management, practice management and Microsoft 365
• Designing and maintaining training materials, guides and induction content for new joiners
• Providing floor support and one-to-one coaching to fee earners and business services staff
• Partnering with IT, L&D and business change teams on the rollout of new systems and updates
• Acting as the first point of contact for all IT training queries across the London office
