Job summary

DGH Recruitment Limited is seeking an IT Training/Learning & Development Specialist for our London-based law firm on a permanent basis. You will design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and digital training to support technology adoption and user effectiveness.

You will develop courseware and user documentation, ensure materials are current, and support regional and global learning efforts. Strong communication and ability to engage all levels are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and developing technology training in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Experience supporting user adoption of enterprise technologies
• Familiarity with legal or professional services applications (eg, document management systems such as iManage).
• Experience delivering training using virtual platforms (eg, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage users at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to understand user needs and recommend practical learning solutions.
