This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Trainer to take ownership of employee onboarding, refresher training and the creation of engaging learning materials. Working alongside an existing IT Trainer, you will help employees use the organisation’s technology confidently, effectively and securely.
The role will involve delivering both structured and responsive training across Microsoft 365 and a range of specialist business applications. You will work closely with the IT support team, department heads and wider stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and ensure training remains aligned with business requirements.
What you’ll be doing:This is a hybrid position based in the West Midlands. The successful candidate should expect to attend the office approximately three to four days per week during their probation period, reducing to around two days per week once established.
Due to limited public transport links near the office, applicants should ideally drive or have a reliable way of travelling to the site. Some flexibility around office attendance may also be required depending on training schedules and business needs.
