Job summary

Pendleton Sixth Form College is seeking an IT Technician to act as the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring smooth delivery of IT services for students and staff. The role is based at Eccles Centre with potential to cover other centres within the college, and requires strong knowledge of PCs, tablets and Windows environments.

The successful candidate will have ITIL experience and a IT-related qualification such as a BTEC Higher, plus a commitment to excellent customer service and

• Good knowledge of PCs, tablets and Microsoft Windows.
• Experience of IT service delivery support, preferably in an ITIL environment.
• BTEC Higher level (or equivalent) in an IT related subject.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for technical IT support for students and staff.
• Deliver IT facilities and services and be prepared to cover other centres when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with IT delivery and support tasks.
