Job summary

Pendleton Sixth Form College is seeking an IT Technician to be the first point of contact for IT services, supporting students, staff and delegates. The role is based at Eccles Centre, with potential cover at other Centres within the College.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on IT support experience and a good working knowledge of PCs, tablets and Windows, with ITIL exposure and a related IT qualification.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of PCs, tablets and Microsoft Windows.
• Experience supporting IT services, preferably in an ITIL environment.
• BTEC Higher level (or equivalent) in an IT related subject.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to students, staff and delegates.
• Act as first point of contact for IT support services.
• Prepare IT facilities and services for use.
