David Allen IT Solutions is offering two IT Technician Apprenticeship places this year. As an apprentice you will support our clients and colleagues both remotely and on-site, using our Remote Monitoring and Management (RRM) technologies to keep IT systems efficient and minimize downtime while delivering friendly, proactive service.

Throughout the apprenticeship you will diagnose issues, install and configure systems, apply IT security measures and study towards your Information Communication

Competenze

• Studying towards Information Communication Technician apprenticeship.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing issues, installing and configuring systems, and applying IT security measures.
• Ability to support clients remotely and on-site with strong customer service.

Mansioni

• Support clients or colleagues remotely and on-site using RRM technologies.
• Diagnose issues and perform system installations and configurations.
• Provide timely responses to client queries and maintain high service standards.
