The ITP is advertising an Apprentice First Line Support Engineer role based in Bishops Stortford, CM23, offering a 13-month+ assessment apprenticeship. You will work with a small team to take support tickets, resolve issues via remote access, and learn through hands-on projects and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Information Communication Technician apprenticeship required or pursued.
• Willingness to learn Windows OS and Microsoft Office packages.
• Desire to gain further industry-recognised qualifications with company support.

Responsibilities

• Take support tickets from customers and communicate with users.
• Resolve issues by remote access via RMM and ticketing system.
• Work on projects and learn new technologies with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in mentoring activities.
