We are hiring for an Apprentice Information Communication Technician to join our service desk team and undertake a Level 3 qualification.
This apprenticeship typically takes 14-17 months and is ideal for learners who possess basic IT knowledge and wish to progress to a first-line support engineer position or equivalent.
The learner will receive a qualification in the Information Communication Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship standard, certified by the British Computing Society. Upon finishing the programme, apprentices gain entry to the RITTech register of IT professionals.
The Information Communication Technician apprentice will be responsible for undertaking their qualification alongside gaining hands-on working experience, based on our first-line service desk.
The apprentice will be assigned an online coach and learning portal whereby they will be required to regularly upload completed work, undertake learning and professional development courses and, meet with their coach on a regular basis to track progress.
