Working as part of the Trust IT team, we are seeking to appoint an experienced IT Technician to join Leigh Academy Dartford as soon as possible. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our IT services for staff and students.

The IT Technician will;

• Respond to ICT support requests in accordance with Help Desk procedures and priorities, resolving issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support the Trust's Team Leaders with the installation, support, and maintenance of all IT hardware and services across the academies.
• Support Trust Projects by carrying out specific testing as directed by the Project Team and providing reports on completed testing.

Our successful candidate will;

• Be part of a Trust-wide team of approximately 30 IT Technicians with extensive experience, working within a close-knit and supportive group.
• Receive 25 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), increasing to 30 days after 5 years of employment.
