Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, varied role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn. You’ll work closely with both our clients and the team, supporting day-to-day IT needs, maintaining systems, and helping to deliver reliable services across London.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with building management (Canonbury Yard) to arrange network installations and setups for tenants.
Conduct occasional on-site visits to client offices throughout London.
Provide Level 1/2 help desk support, including triaging issues and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain clear, well-documented support processes and system records.
Support client IT infrastructure with tasks such as user/machine on-boarding and off-boarding, device upgrades, and applying software updates.
Data Centre and Network Operations work with tasks such as server installs, upgrades and Remote hands.
Assist with basic security maintenance, including reviewing antivirus-blocked items and manually checking quarantined emails.
