Our IT department is recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join us at our head office in Luton. Your main goal will be to support the delivery of IT infrastructure, performance, and functionality to meet business objectives.

You will work with global IT and network suppliers, support the UK business, and serve as a critical business partner to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd Line IT Support in Luton, with some UK travel required.
• Support the delivery of IT infrastructure, performance, and functionality to meet business needs.
• Manage Google Admin and Active Directory.
• Collaborate with global IT and network suppliers on network troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Manage project activities related to office refurbishments and relocations, providing IT technical guidance and support.
• Support audio-visual solutions for meeting and training rooms.
