IT Technical Support Engineer - Luton - Office Based 2-3 Days Per Week (Role includes travel to UK Offices)

Our IT department is recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer at our head office in Luton. Your main goal will be to support the delivery of IT infrastructure, performance, and functionality to meet business objectives.

You will work with global IT and network suppliers, support the UK business, and act as a key business partner to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide 2nd Line IT support in Luton, with some UK travel required.
  2. Support the delivery and maintenance of IT infrastructure to meet business needs.
  3. Manage Google Admin and Active Directory.
  4. Collaborate with global IT and network suppliers on troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
  5. Manage projects related to office refurbishments and relocations, providing IT guidance and support.
  6. Support audio-visual solutions for meetings and training rooms.
