IT Technical Support Engineer - Luton - Office Based 2-3 Days Per Week (Role includes travel to UK Offices)

Our IT department are recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join us in our head office in Luton, your main goal will be to support the delivery of IT infrastructure, performance, and functionality to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• 2nd Line IT Support Engineer in Luton, with some UK travel required.
• Supporting the delivery of IT infrastructure, performance, and functionality to meet business objectives.
• Google Admin & Active Directory Management.
• Working with global IT & Network suppliers on network troubleshooting & fault diagnosis.
• Project Management of office refurbishments & relocations, providing IT technical guidance & support.
• Supporting audio-visual solutions for meeting & training rooms.
