You will partner with stakeholders, map processes, document requirements, and drive technology solutions that enable business growth. Responsibilities include translating business needs for developers, coordinating UAT, and delivering reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL.

Qualifications

• Experience in analysing business processes and translating to actionable requirements.
• Ability to document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate needs into solutions.
• Analyse processes, systems and ways of working to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Document requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to support delivery.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Support change projects from requirements to implementation.
• Coordinate UAT including test planning and issue management.
• Present findings and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Produce reports and dashboards to support decision making.
