Job summary

DEVI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to assess business functions, objectives and processes to identify improvements. You will consult with management, employees and key stakeholders to understand requirements and strategic aims.

You will develop process maps, gather requirements, analyse data, and prepare business cases and impact analyses for proposed changes. Hybrid remote working, permanent full-time position in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis within a corporate environment.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements clearly.
• Track record of improving processes and workflows.
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess organisation functions, objectives and processes to identify improvements.
