Job summary

TyneStack Ltd in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its Change function. You will gather and translate business requirements, map processes and support delivery of technology and business change initiatives.

You'll work with stakeholders, PMs and technical teams across Agile and Waterfall environments, facilitating workshops and owning requirements through the project lifecycle to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

3+ years of commercial Business Analysis experience.
Proficient in gathering and documenting requirements.
Experience mapping and improving business processes.
Experience producing user stories and process flows.
Experience working across Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Experience in financial services, wealth management or investment platforms.

Responsibilities

Understand business needs and improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
Gather, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
Map existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Produce BRDs, process flows, use cases and user stories.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to validate requirements.
Translate requirements into practical solutions for development teams.
Support design, testing and implementation activities.
Conduct impact assessments and support change initiatives.
Work in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments to support outcomes.
Review solutions and identify further improvements.
