Job summary

TNEI Services Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead a critical systems transformation. You will own the replacement of an in‑house CRM/HRMS/Project Accounting system with a scalable solution aligned to our growth strategy.

This role bridges business needs with technical design across multiple initiatives. The candidate will work on HRMS implementation, accounting upgrades, and integration between CRM, HRMS, Project Management and Finance systems.

Qualifications

• Proven IT Business Analyst delivering complex systems implementations.
• Experience with CRM, HRMS and Finance platforms and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, governance and governance of requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business analysis from discovery to go‑live.
• Engage with Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing to document requirements.
• Analyse AS‑IS processes and define TO‑BE workflows and solution needs.
• Support system selection, vendor management and translation of needs to deliverables.
• Oversee integration design, data migration, training, testing and implementation.
