Pixi Inc. is seeking an organised IT Support Assistant to join our London IT department. The role is based on-site at our Central London office and involves supporting software and hardware, training users, and maintaining IT resources.

We are looking for someone with prior IT assistant experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The role includes Microsoft 365 administration and basic networking tasks.

• Prior experience as an IT assistant or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with shifting priorities and changing demands.

• Highly organised and able to follow a structured approval process.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support for software and hardware across offices, stores, and events.
• Train users on software and hardware used.
• Develop and maintain training manuals, FAQs, and How-Tos.
• Set up new starters with software, hardware, and Microsoft accounts.
• Administer Microsoft 365 in line with competency and trust.
• Perform basic networking tasks including cabling, connectivity, and CCTV.
• Research IT solutions for business challenges, including AI where appropriate.
• Develop and expand Excel-driven business systems and data manipulations.
• Handle other non-IT tasks as required by the Company.
• Fulfill all other responsibilities as assigned.
