Job summary

Patsnap is seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to be the go‑to IT expert for our London office, supporting around 150 colleagues in London and remote staff across the UK, Europe and APAC. You will manage Microsoft 365, Intune, devices and security, with a hands‑on approach to ensure productive, secure workdays.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you'll own onboarding/offboarding, access management, IT assets, and office tech.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support or service desk experience in a SaaS/tech environment preferred.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration including user management and licensing.
• Proactive, friendly, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on first and second‑line IT support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning and access controls.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID and other SaaS platforms.
• Maintain IT assets, devices, and room/meeting tech across London office.
• Assist with security/compliance programs and AI tools adoption.
• Collaborate with global IT team on projects and improvements.
