Wiser is seeking a friendly IT Support Assistant for a hands-on, in-office role in London. You’ll be the first port of call for tech in the office, fixing issues for colleagues and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role focuses on accounts, access, onboarding/offboarding, office tech, and network fixes, working with our IT Operations Lead. Part-time, two days a week, based in London; starting as a contract with potential for continuation.

Qualifications

• Some hands-on IT or tech support experience in an office or similar environment.
• Comfortable on Mac (Apple fleet) and comfortable with enterprise software.
• Familiar with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Teams, or quick to learn.

Responsabilités

• Set up and manage accounts across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Teams, Slack and daily tools.
• Onboard new starters and offboard leavers, ensuring accounts and access are ready/closed.
• Maintain office tech, AV and meeting rooms (cameras, screens, mics, sharing).
• Manage kit and cable stock, keep desks tidy and gadgets available.
• First-line triage on WiFi/connection issues, printers, and shared equipment; escalate as needed.
