Job summary

CHAOS Industries in London seeks a seasoned IT Support Specialist to be the primary local IT contact. You will resolve issues, provision hardware/software, and maintain a secure IT environment for executives and staff across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

You will partner with the IT team on upgrades, initiatives, and process improvements in a fast‑paced setting, ensuring reliable systems and strong user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline
• 4+ years hands-on IT support, endpoint administration, or corporate IT operations
• 2+ years architecting and maintaining enterprise MDM with Microsoft Intune and Jamf
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
• Experience with video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams Rooms)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
• Experience onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 GCCH environments
• Willingness to work onsite in London and travel if needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, white‑glove IT support to executives and staff via ticketing system, email, phone, and in‑person support
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Provide hands‑on support for meetings, including video conferencing and collaboration platforms
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and device setup
• Administer and manage enterprise MDM platforms (Intune and Jamf), including device enrollment and policy configuration
• Provision and manage user accounts, email, and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 GCCH
• Contribute to system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and software deployments
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve efficiency
• Work full‑time onsite Monday‑Friday
• Maintain compliance with security policies and incident response practices
