Job summary

Patsnap is seeking an IT Support Analyst for our London office. You will become the go-to IT specialist, supporting about 150 colleagues in London and remote staff across the UK, Europe and APAC.

You’ll manage Microsoft 365, device provisioning, security controls and AI tools adoption, with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. The role is predominantly office-based (Mon-Thu on-site in Farringdon) with occasional remote work when business needs allow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience in a growing SaaS or tech business.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration, user management and Intune knowledge.
• Practical troubleshooting across Windows and macOS.
• SaaS access management with secure provisioning and permissions.
• Excellent people skills and clear communication.
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Adaptability to a fast-changing environment and prioritisation.
• Curiosity about AI and eagerness to apply it to IT support.
• Hands-on mindset for device setup, cabling and office tech.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite IT contact for the London office, providing hands-on first and second-line support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and connectivity issues.
• Deliver onboarding and offboarding by setting up user accounts, provisioning devices, managing access, and secure deprovisioning.
• Manage provisioning and permissions across Microsoft 365, Salesforce and other SaaS platforms with RBAC.
• Configure Windows/macOS devices via Intune and manage IT assets for the region.
• Own office IT infrastructure including video conferencing, door access, printers and network coordination.
• Handle practical tasks like cabling, equipment setup and desk moves.
• Collaborate with the UK Office Manager on day-to-day office needs and projects.
• Support ISO 27001 / SOC 2 with audits, evidence and IT controls using Vanta.
• Administer and promote AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Copilot) and identify AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Prioritise requests by business impact and drive issues to resolution.
• Work with global IT teams on projects and continuous improvement.
