Job summary

Spectrum Control seeks an IT Support Technician for our Great Yarmouth facility. The role provides on-site and remote IT support across all company locations, with guidance from the IT team.

You will handle endpoint and application support, user administration and local infrastructure tasks. The successful candidate will communicate well, investigate and resolve issues, and escalate complex incidents when required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years maintaining corporate IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD and Microsoft 365.
• Experience administering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Proficient in remote and on-site IT support.
• Knowledge of security patches and endpoint protection (Defender).

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and system administration across Windows Server AD, Entra ID, M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Onboard/offboard users, manage accounts and licenses.
• Build, configure and support Windows endpoints using standard configurations.
• Diagnose hardware, OS and software issues; maintain asset records.
• Monitor local network infrastructure and security updates; escalate when needed.
