• Degree in computing or equivalent, MCSE desirable.

• Experience providing remote IT support and Azure platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite IT support up to 3rd line across desktops, laptops and local infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, software installs and cybersecurity patching.
• Monitor network infrastructure, backups and data recovery; liaise with third-party vendors as needed.
