New Appointments Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day IT support across the business from their Folkestone location. You will manage tickets, troubleshoot issues and gain training to expand into programming, databases, and higher-level technical tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in MSP or tech support.
• Working knowledge of MS Systems, MS365, Active Directory and Windows.
• Interest in software development or databases is desirable.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users across the business.
• Manage, triage and prioritise IT support tickets.
• Investigate initial problems and gather information.
• Resolve simple IT issues and escalate complex ones.
• Assist with admin tasks on clients, servers and infrastructure.
• Set up new users and devices.
• Participate in the development of new systems.
