Job summary
Nextech Group Limited in Ipswich is seeking an IT Support Technician to join its technical team. You will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to a range of business customers, working from the office with occasional travel to customer sites across Suffolk.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365, and a good grasp of networking. This role offers training, development opportunities and a modern office environment with free on-site parking.
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in an IT support role.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of basic networking.
