Proactive Appointments is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a small IT Team. You will act as the first point of contact for IT issues, supporting MS products and services on-site, with training and mentoring to grow your skills.

You should have service desk or 1st line support experience, a willingness to learn, and a driving licence as travel may be required. Salary is up to £28,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience of IT Service Desk or 1st Line Support.
• Experience with MS Products and IT managed tickets, upgrades and documentation.
• Willingness to grow IT knowledge and a driving licence may be required for travel.

Responsibilities
