Phyllis Tuckwell Memorial Hospice Ltd in Farnham, Surrey, is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our friendly IT Team on a fixed-term basis. You will provide afternoon Helpdesk support to staff and volunteers, resolving day-to-day IT issues promptly and working with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and connectivity.

You will take ownership of incidents and service requests, escalate when needed, and contribute to improving our IT services.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first- and second-line IT support in a busy, multi-user environment.
• Practical experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including user accounts and authentication.
• Experience managing Helpdesk tickets through to resolution and troubleshooting devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and volunteers during weekday afternoons.
• Take ownership of incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Assist with connectivity, devices, printers, and common IT issues.
• Escalate where required and follow clear escalation routes.
