Job summary

The Laurus Trust is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior IT Technician to play a key role in supporting and developing our IT services across the Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of dedicated IT professionals who support and service the IT function in a fast-paced environment across 6 secondary, 6 primary, 4 sixth forms and 1 alternative provision schools for over 10,000 users.

As a Senior IT Technician, you will help manage the day-to-day operation of the IT

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
• Direct experience in an IT Support/helpdesk.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe CC and other relevant IT packages

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day work of the IT Helpdesk, taking responsibility for the daily administration and operation of the department and work closely with the IT Managers, assisting and enabling them in their role.
