Job summary
Pertemps Bond in Plymouth is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a small, dog‑friendly tech team delivering hands‑on hardware, software and cloud support. The role combines customer service with technical installation, troubleshooting and deployment across Azure and local systems.
You will handle 1st-3rd line queries, configure equipment, assist with networking projects, and train customers. A full driving licence is preferred, and the position offers a 9-to-5 style schedule with on‑site
Qualifications
- Experience in IT support or IT technician roles.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience with hardware, software and device configuration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full driving licence preferred.
Responsibilities
- Providing 1st-3rd line technical support via phone, email, remote access and Teams
- Setting up, configuring and troubleshooting IT equipment and software
- Supporting Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions
- Assisting customers with installations, updates and technical queries
- Delivering customer training and support
- Testing, maintaining and preparing devices for deployment
- Supporting networking, connectivity and system integration projects
