A leading hydraulic solutions provider in Little Lever is seeking an IT Support Apprentice to provide essential technical support to staff. This role involves assisting colleagues with device setup, troubleshooting, and handling everyday technical issues. The successful candidate will undertake a level 3 apprenticeship in Information communications technology, with a structured working week and a blend of hands-on experience and training to ensure a comprehensive understanding of IT support.

Overview

This role plays a key part in keeping the company running smoothly by providing frontline IT support to staff. As an IT Support Apprentice, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping colleagues with everything from device setup to troubleshooting everyday problems.

Working Arrangements
