Qualifications

• Experience in 1st/2nd line IT support and working on a busy helpdesk.
• Solid aptitude for IT security including firewall and endpoint resolution.
• Experience with server backup checks using Azure and VMware.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support to a large user base on a busy helpdesk.
• Answer and resolve queries and technical challenges using M365 admin centre.
• Help rectify tickets across SharePoint, internal business systems and networking.
