An international energy consultancy in Croydon is seeking an IT Support Technician to support users across a global organization. This role entails responsibilities such as monitoring IT support queues, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, and assisting with an office relocation. You will engage in physical tasks and may need to work during weekends for specific projects. Strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented nature are essential for success in this role. The position starts with a three-month fixed term and is located on-site.

This role will play a key part in an upcoming office relocation. Thiswill includeassisting withasset disposal andhardware auditing,thepreparation of workstations formoving and reconfiguration of usersetupsand meeting spacesin the newlocation.
Please note this will involve physicaltasksand some out ofhourswork. Availability for the weekend of 28thFeb, and thepreceding andfollowing weeksis essential (at overtime rates). The company will undertake Manual Handling trainingand appropriate riskassessments.
The IT Support Technician will play a key role in triaging and resolving end user support requirements whilst working with senior IT team members to resolve when necessary.
Asa memberof our small but dynamic service desk team, you willlearn tomonitorthe helpdesk, develop efficient processes, and ensure high-quality support delivery.
Your technicalexpertisewill be used daily, working with our Microsoft 365 environment, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows based systems and applications, and leveraging cloud services like Inturn to deploy configuration and applications.
