Job summary

Entrust Resource Solutions is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our busy onsite IT team in Bracknell. You will provide hands-on support to users across Windows and Mac devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with new starter onboarding.

The role is full-time and onsite, with standard office hours from 8am to 4pm. Ideal candidates will have prior IT support or helpdesk experience and strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

Previous IT Support, Desktop Support or Helpdesk experience
Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge
Hardware/software troubleshooting experience
Some Mac/iOS knowledge
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support to users across Windows and Mac devices.
