Job summary

Entrust Resource Solutions is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our busy onsite IT team in Bracknell. You will provide hands-on support to users across Windows and Mac devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with new starter onboarding.

The role is full-time and onsite, with standard office hours from 8am to 4pm. Ideal candidates will have prior IT support or helpdesk experience and strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Previous IT Support, Desktop Support or Helpdesk experience
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Hardware/software troubleshooting experience
• Some Mac/iOS knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities
