Job summary

Fintop Consulting Limited is seeking an IT Support professional to help maintain our IT environment in the United Kingdom. You will manage assets, configure hardware and software for new joiners, and administer user accounts and access controls.

You'll support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, troubleshoot incidents, back up systems, monitor security, and document IT operations. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support / System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with M365 or Google Workspace.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across hardware, software and networks.
• Good communication and user-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT assets including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Set up and configure hardware and software for new joiners.
