Job summary
Capstone Investment Advisors, a global alternative investment management firm, is seeking a motivated infrastructure technologist to join its London team. You will provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborate with professionals across the firm to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in financial services, strong communication, and hands-on experience with Windows, AD/Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, VDI/AV collaboration, and
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in financial services, asset management or alternative investments.
- Service-oriented mindset with responsiveness, accountability and teamwork.
- Excellent spoken and written communication.
- Focus on task tracking, documentation, cross-training and information sharing.
- Experience with service management tools and ITIL/ITAM/ITSM.
- Proficiency with Windows OS (Windows 10/11, server).
- Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Management of mobile devices (iOS/Android) via Intune.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Experience with audio/video conferencing and collaboration tech.
- Familiarity with remote access, VPN and SASE tools.
