We are seeking an ITSM to help manage our IT estate, lead on business projects and proactively manage and develop a fantastic IT Support Team.

Permanent Role, Monday – Friday (9:00am -5:00pm) - hybrid available after successful probation

20 days increasing to 25 days on completion of 1 years’ service

This role is for someone who is very proactive and driven, of the highest calibre! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is happy to lead, be positive and grow the role. We require somebody with management experience, proven people leadership and experience of managing modern IT estates. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure are essential, but as is cultural fit to the business and team – we’re looking for good strength of character, someone confident and engaging with a high degree of interpersonal/communication skills and proactivity. Acting as a role model for the support team, they must have a solutions-focused and ‘muck in’ type approach
