Could you get a business up and running with all the IT solutions it needs in just 8 days? Build out servers, telephone system, ticketing system, finance systems, and a fully operational help desk? It’s a big ask, but we pulled it off when we set up digitalphobia as a local IT support company in 2016.
But setting up digitalphobia wasn’t just a case of needs must. After years working for IT companies both big and small, we felt that there was a better way of providing managed IT solutions. A way built on transparency, candour and trust.
It’s why the first thing we build is relationships. We want to work with you, not for you. We want to fully understand how you work with IT now, and how you plan to use it in the future. We want to ensure you understand everything that’s going on, so you can make informed decisions.
