Job summary

Capital One Europe is seeking an IT Support Engineer based at our Nottingham Head Office to deliver frontline user support across Windows 11, MacOS and cloud-desktop environments. You will resolve incidents in person at the IT bar and remotely, handle service changes, and contribute to improvements in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work autonomously, and hands-on experience with Intune, Jamf, Airwatch, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Jira

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in End User Compute including Windows 11 and MacOS.
• Experience with device management tools (Intune, Jamf, Airwatch).
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.
• Clear communication and ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
