Job summary
Information and Technology Ltd is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our technical team. You will support and improve client infrastructure, manage Windows Server environments, AD, M365, Exchange Online and cloud services across diverse sites.
You will work with senior engineers on projects, implement secure configurations, monitor backups, and help deliver modern Microsoft cloud and network solutions for a range of clients in a dynamic MSP setting.
Qualifications
- We are seeking hands-on experience across Windows Server, AD, M365 and cloud services.
- Experience with Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and MS Teams is desired.
- Strong networking basics and network security experience are beneficial.
- Good documentation and customer-focused mindset are essential.
- Proactive learning and collaboration with senior engineers is expected.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Administer Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services.
- Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Administer Entra ID and Microsoft Intune environments.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Support virtualisation platforms.
- Monitor and maintain client infrastructure and services.
- Contribute to project delivery and documentation.
