Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Engineer to join our client’s London IT team. You will provide first and second-line support across a fast-paced, international business, helping users with hardware, software, and account access.

You’ll work with Windows 10/11 environments, assist with deployments, and maintain IT asset records while upholding security practices and delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Degree or apprenticeship in IT or CS is desirable.
• It support/helpdesk experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operations.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to end users.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed timescales.
• Install, configure and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Assist with user accounts and access requests.
• Provide remote support and maintain IT asset records.
• Follow IT security policies and collaborate with third-party vendors.
