Responsibilities

• Build and configure laptops and other IT equipment
• Install and set up Windows devices
• Pre-stage laptops and mobile devices for deployment
• Prepare equipment for new starters each month
• Create and set up user accounts
• Set up MFA and security access across devices
• Install applications and complete initial device configuration
• Manage equipment for joiners, movers and leavers
• Support laptop and mobile device handovers
• Deploy equipment to users in classroom-style sessions and remotely
• Keep equipment and asset information organized and up to date
• Work closely with the wider IT support team
