Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. Dartford is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our IT infrastructure reliable across operational sites.

You will support end-user devices and assist with network projects, while mentoring IT technicians and driving improvements to our IT workflows. You’ll travel to other sites in the country and potentially internationally, working with on-site and remote colleagues to ensure platforms run at peak performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation.
Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP).
Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
Experience working with Windows Server technologies.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Support end-user equipment and your building’s IT infrastructure.
Help with key network projects, like the IT setup of new Amazon buildings.
Suggest new processes that improve the way Amazon uses IT in its operational sites.
Train and mentor IT technicians
