Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Technician to join its operations IT team at a logistics site. You will install, support, and fix IT infrastructure, end-user devices and applications, and collaborate with remote teams to keep systems running smoothly.

The role requires experience supporting Windows, Mac and Linux, plus network troubleshooting and a valid UK driver's license. Strong English skills (B2+) are essential; AWS or CCNA would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience maintaining printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners and handheld terminals.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and support.
• A valid UK driver’s license.
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2 level), verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Support local users by installing, supporting and fixing issues on the IT infrastructure, end-user devices and applications.
• Manage tickets, providing both first and second-line support.
• Provide proactive maintenance to maximise the availability of all IT equipment.
• Implement projects and deliver innovations together with other IT Service colleagues.
