Job summary

Amazon Uk Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our IT systems running smoothly across operational sites. You’ll troubleshoot issues, support end‑user devices and infrastructure, and help deploy new IT projects in both existing warehouses and new builds.

You’ll collaborate with on‑site and remote colleagues, mentor IT Technicians, and contribute to continuous improvement of our IT environments using the latest technologies and best practices in a fast‑paced, global business.

Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma.
Experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation.
Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP).
Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
Experience working with Windows Server technologies.
Spaek, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.
Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

Support end-user equipment and your building’s IT infrastructure
Help with key network projects, like the IT setup of new Amazon buildings
Suggest new processes that improve the way Amazon uses IT in its operational sites
Train and mentor IT Technicians
