Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on support across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and core SaaS platforms in a hybrid London setting. You will triage issues, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and help automate repetitive tasks while collaborating with IT Engineering and Security to scale operations.

You’ll join a fast-growing team with ownership of processes and opportunities to expand into broader infrastructure responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints and ChromeOS, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with Slack administration, including workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting and administering other SaaS tools.
• Understanding of identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory services.
• Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts.
• Basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.
• Clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems.
• Take ownership of problems and follow through until resolved.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts.
• Diagnose and fix issues across macOS, iOS, Android, and core SaaS platforms.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement.
• Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs).
• Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination.
• Join on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours.
• Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers.
• Write and maintain internal documentation and runbooks.
• Spot patterns in support requests and surface recurring issues to automate.
