Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an IT Operations IT Support Engineer to ensure onboarding at scale, automate repetitive work, and improve the day-to-day employee experience across macOS and core SaaS platforms. You will own processes, diagnose and fix issues, and collaborate with IT Engineering and Security while growing into more technical infrastructure work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints and comfort with ChromeOS, iOS and Android.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with Slack administration, permissions and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting and administering other SaaS tools.
• Understanding of identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory services.
• Familiarity with MDM and endpoint management concepts.
• Basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.
• Clear communicator who helps users solve problems and takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts.
• Diagnose and fix issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and core SaaS platforms.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement.
• Support access management and lifecycle workflows (onboarding/offboarding).
• Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination.
• Join on-call rotation for after-hours issues.
• Provide hands-on support for user tech, AV systems, and printers.
• Write and maintain internal documentation and runbooks.
• Spot patterns, surface recurring issues, and automate where possible.
• Contribute to automation efforts and improve device management and identity systems.
