Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the IT Operations team. You will deliver hands-on support for macOS endpoints, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android, while helping automate repetitive tasks and scale onboarding across the workforce.

You will collaborate with IT Engineering and Security, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints and cross-platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues via ticketing system and collaboration tools.
• Diagnose and fix macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android issues and core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian).
• Troubleshoot enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement on devices.
• Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs).
• Contribute to automation and write scripts to streamline tasks.
• Write and maintain internal runbooks and knowledge base articles.
